What should I have ready before the qualification call?

Accepted Answer

Helpful but not required: a copy of your current lease, your lease expiration date, your current annual rent, your approximate square footage and property type. If you do not have these handy the call still works — most of the initial qualification is verbal.

Do you take engagements outside Phoenix metro?

Accepted Answer

Arizona statewide. The brokerage commercial deal flow is centered in the Biltmore and greater Phoenix market, but the specialist network covers Maricopa County metro and beyond. Engagements in Tucson, Yuma, Flagstaff, and Sedona are evaluated case-by-case based on specialist availability and the specific lease.
